My MKT 571 (Marketing) MBA Capstone class portfolio highlights a collaborative project regarding a new product launch called the Aleve Gummy Bear, where the product is launched in a domestic market (Germany) and an international (North America) market. The elements of the product launch include: product description, product positioning, targeting, market needs, market potential & market growth, company SWOT analysis, competition, marketing objectives & marketing strategy, pricing, marketing communication, distribution strategy, financial information, and marketing research.
My product launch team chose the Aleve Gummy Bear as our new product because we wanted to create an Aleve product that would be easy to consume, regardless of the consumer’s age. We also wanted a product that would taste good.
